ABOUT EMBER
​
Ember is a narrative focused exploration game where players take the role of a curious flame spirit who is called to the isolated village of Peak’s Shadow in its time of need. A malevolent ice spirit has possessed the woodland animals with frost and is using them to attack the villagers. Alongside the woodsman, Mikhail, Ember must save the animals and learn how to rescue the village.
COOL FEATURES IN EMBER

• Ember has "internal" and "external" abilities which allow players to do a range of things, from healing themselves to shooting out spokes of flame.
• Ember has interaction options with objects in the world and plentiful dialogue, so players can learn more about her universe.
• Our website features a number of posts on our process, as well as an abundance of 2D and 3D art.
ABOUT GOOD GOOD GAMES

We are a team of 15 Miami University juniors and seniors who are working on Ember as our capstone project. We are the first class to ever undertake a game design course of this scale—our class spanned two semesters rather than one. We are artists, programmers, designers, writers, and musicians. Now it seems we're all game designers too!
